FTC's Business Opportunity Rule

UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES?

Hmmm....  I wonder if this applies to MLM.  Has anyone in MLM received this document?  

I sure didn't!  Maybe I should contact the FTC  for clarification..
